About me

I am a psychotraumatologist and a qualified Solution-Focused Therapy (TFTS) therapist.

I am also a registered member of PSTTSR – the Polish Association of Solution-Focused Therapy Therapists.

I create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely discuss your difficulties, experiences, and emotions, confident that you will be heard and understood.

How I work

I use a person-centered approach, which means I tailor the pace and direction of therapy to you.

I integrate various therapeutic techniques to best suit your needs and goals.

I combine talk therapy with bodywork (somatics), supporting the nervous system and healing the effects of trauma.

I provide you with the space to explore what's difficult or burdensome for you, and I support you in finding solutions that will allow you to live the life you want. I work at a pace that's comfortable for you.

Therapeutic Relationship

I believe that the foundation of effective therapy is an authentic, trusting relationship between the patient and the therapist.
Therefore, before you decide on short-term or long-term therapy, I recommend an initial assessment meeting. This is an opportunity for us to see if we understand each other well and if you feel I can support you in making the changes you need.

How therapy can help

There comes a time when we feel defeated by life or want change to give meaning to our lives.

Sometimes the cause is a single difficult event, other times long-term stress, grief, an unhealthy relationship, or repetitive habits.

Therapy allows us to better understand our own history, emotions, and how we react, and thus make decisions that lead to real change.
The role of therapy is to break the impasse.

First Session

During the first meeting, I will try to understand your needs, reasons, and goals.

I will ask a few basic questions about your life and situation, and you will have the space to ask about anything that raises your concerns.

Subsequent Meetings

The content of each session is up to you. This is your time to discuss the topics that are most important to you. Together, we will work on steps that will bring you closer to well-being.
